Bridgette Wilson

NP treats ages 10+ Tampa Location

Bridgette Wilson, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with seven years of experience supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or other challenges, you don’t have to go through it alone—and I’m here to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

I work with clients of all ages and have a special interest in conditions such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety, depression, alcohol use concerns, OCD, and personality disorders. My background in pediatric critical care and nursing leadership also helps me offer a grounded, compassionate perspective to both children and adults.

I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and moved to the U.S. at age 11. My journey took me from Florida to New York and back again, where I combined my love for psychology and healthcare by earning degrees in both fields. I began my career as a critical care nurse, working with pediatric and neonatal populations, before transitioning into psychiatric practice in 2018. I hold a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Florida International University.

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I believe in working closely with my clients to develop treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, values, and needs. Education is also a key part of my practice—I take time to ensure you understand your options so we can make informed decisions together. When appropriate, I may recommend psychotherapy as part of a comprehensive, holistic treatment plan that includes attention to medical, lifestyle, and environmental factors.

If we work together, my hope is that you’ll begin to feel more stable, confident, and in control of your mental health—building the foundation for a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

Bentley’s Bio

I am a three-year-old AussieDoodle who lives in Wesley Chapel, Florida.  I am an only dog and my full name is Sir Bentley “BamBam” Wilson.  I love walkies, snackies and belly rubs.  Please use hand sanitizer before you touch me.  My favorite foods  are beef roast, sautéed chicken breast and ice cream.  “I love pup cup.”  My best friends are Panda and Jake and my favorite cousins are Blaze and Charlie.  My goal is to be trained as a service dog so I can snuggle with everyone.
