Josh is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of Nova Southeastern University. He began his nursing career in 2013, working in various fields, including medical-surgical and trauma ER, before specializing in the field of mental health. During this period, he gained experience in several inpatient facilities, allowing him to develop expertise in addressing a wide range of mental health challenges.

By employing the most up-to-date evidence-based practices and guidelines, his goal is to maintain an empathetic approach with his patients while integrating psychotherapy with medication targeted at addressing the core symptoms affecting the patient.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two golden retrievers, training for
races, reading non-fiction, and woodworking.
